On Saturday, my wife Sarah and I had dinner with a friend of ours at the new Bauer Kitchen in Uptown Waterloo.  The restaurant is inside the new Bauer Lofts condo development, next to Vincenzo’s, a high-end grocery store.

The service and food was good; they custom made me a vegan pizza!

We had a great time at dinner, and can reccomend it.
